I think the staff here are phenomenal the location of the apartment complex is great for the location of the city of Lincoln has great value big apartment our neighbors are very nice and there’s no noise I think we will enjoy this apartment complex thank you pine brook you’re awesome

The service repair response was swift and completed in a timely manner. The gentlemen performed there task with quality, clean and very polite people. I was up and running in no time!!! Thank you

I have lived in Pinebrook / Cascade Pines properties on and off since 2008! I'll tell you, my experience has been nothing but great. The value for what you pay is phenomenal (i.e. attached garage, laundry room w/ washer/dryer, private driveway, 24 hour workout facility and indoor pool). I have taken advantage of all of these extras during my time living here. In addition to the amenities, the service responsiveness is also amazing! Lyne and Marvin (office management) are always very pleasant to work with and quick to get any issue resolved. They've even "over delivered" when they resolve the issue, then also checked to make sure anything else is taken care of, while they're on onsite. I relocated back to NE from CA last year and did not hesitate to again live here (known quality of living). I'm closing on a home purchase, but wanted to leave a review for anyone considering living at Pinebrook (apartments) or Cascade Pines (Town Homes)...Both are well worth it! It was January 1, 2018 ... approximately 1:00 pm. The outside temperature was -11 degrees. I'd been away for the the holiday weekend and was looking forward to returning to my apartment and settling in to the cozy confines to watch the afternoon and evening bowl games. But my furnace had other plans. At some point during the time away, the HVAC system decided it had worked hard enough during the subzero spell of frigid weather, and in my absence, took a break. Upon entering my upstairs apartment, with my winter coat still on, it felt much colder than the 68-degree temp I'd set the thermostat for during my absence. A mere 48 degrees to be exact. After placing a panic-stricken call to the emergency maintenance number (remember, it's New Year's Day) Brian and Hunter - now affectionately referred to as my New Year Day saviors, appeared at the door and started the investigation. The problem wasn't immediately apparent ... but the two dedicated maintenance gurus persevered, never gave up, made a few calls, asked questions, did some reference seeking and never gave up. Less than 60 minutes from their arrival the HVAC magicians had the problem solved. The welcome sound and sight of the pilot had successfully connected to the system, the fan engaged and the heat was again flowing through the ducts and out the registers. Within 30 minutes, the apartment was again toasty. As I settled in to the warmth of my cozy confines to commence with bowl game viewing, Brian and Hunter were off to another call. Now that's dedication. But that's just the way things roll at Pinebrook. I've lived in too many apartment complexes over my lifetime that I've lost count - in cities all over the country. Never have I experienced a more responsive, responsible, courteous and capable maintenance staff. Thanks to all!

Lyn and Hunter took care of everything I ask them to do in a timely manner. Hunter is a knowledgeable and respectful young man. I know I’m going to enjoy living here for a long time.

The maintence staff at Pinebrook is amazing. They are fast to help fix repairs and also so friendly. Have no problem answering any questions. The grounds always look great. I truly appreciate all they do.

Best apartment experience I have ever had. Great staff! The private driveway, landscape, and porch makes it feel like your own home. Spacious apartment and very quiet.
